Privacy
What we store and who can see it.
PlanInterview holds only what is needed to run an interview process. The full policy follows; what is below already describes the practice.
- What is stored
- The names and contact details supplied by the consultant, the times proposed and confirmed, the documents a party uploads to a process, and basic security logs.
- Who can see it
- The consultant who owns the process. A hiring company sees the processes for its own vacancies. A candidate sees the process they are in. Neither outside party can reach the rest of the desk, and notes kept by the consultant stay internal.
- What is never shared with a company
- The current salary and minimum salary of a candidate. Where a salary is discussed with a hiring company, it is the expectation the candidate stated and nothing else.
- Removal
- A candidate can ask for their data to be deleted at any time, through the consultant who opened the process.
- Full policy
- To follow.
