For candidates
Know which round you are in and what happens next.
You see the process you are in: the round you have reached, the confirmed moment when there is one, the times still to pick from, and anything waiting on you. No inbox archaeology, no asking where things stand.
- Where you stand
- The same stage spine the consultant and the company read: intro, the interview rounds, offer, signed. The current round is marked, so progress is visible without a status update.
- Picking a time
- You only ever see times the consultant and the company have both approved, so the slot you pick is the slot that happens. Pick one and the confirmed moment goes to everyone.
- Waiting on you
- Confirm availability, read the role brief before a call, send a document for onboarding. Your open items are listed on the process, and only yours.
- What stays private
- What you tell your consultant in confidence stays with your consultant. Your current salary and your minimum are never shown to the company, and the internal notes kept by the company are never shown to you.
- Your data
- Only what is needed to run the process: your name and contact details, the times proposed and confirmed, and the documents you send. You can ask for deletion at any time.
