PlanInterview follows the way recruitment consultants actually schedule: as the host between two sides who cannot see each other's calendars.

The consultant opens the process
Pick the role, add the company contact and the candidate, mark the times you can host, and choose on site or video. Both sides get their own private link.
- 02
The company narrows the times
They open their link, tick the times that work and submit. No login needed. A note they leave for the consultant is not shown to the candidate.
- 03
The candidate locks one in
They see only the times the consultant and the company both approved. They pick one, and the confirmed moment goes to everyone with the meeting details.
- 04
The process moves along the spine
Each round moves the process one stage: intro, the interview rounds, offer, signed. Position is the status, and the next action carries a date and the party that owns it.
- 05
Reminders go out on their own
One day before and one hour before. On-site invitations carry the address, video invitations carry the link.
